Ramadan 2025: Providing Essential Food & Iftar to Families in Need

During this blessed month of Ramadan, Mansa Works had the honor of supporting underprivileged families by providing essential food supplies and serving Iftar meals. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we were able to make a meaningful impact on communities in need.

Food Distribution: Nourishing 40 Families

We successfully distributed groceries to 40 families, ensuring they had the necessary staples to prepare nourishing meals throughout Ramadan. Each family received:

• 25kg of rice

• A pack of spaghetti

• A pack of dates

• A pack of couscous

• Cooking oil

• A 24-pack of bottled water

These essential supplies helped sustain families, allowing them to observe the holy month with peace of mind, knowing they had food to prepare Suhoor (pre-dawn meal) and Iftar (breaking of the fast).

Iftar Distribution: Serving 160 People

Iftar is the meal eaten at sunset to break the daily fast during Ramadan, and it holds deep spiritual and communal significance. It is a time of gratitude, reflection, and togetherness. This year, Mansa Works was able to serve Iftar meals to 160 people, providing them with a warm, nourishing meal after a long day of fasting.

For many, this meal was not only a source of physical sustenance but also a moment of unity and shared blessings within the community.
